PHILLIP THOMPSON Managing Director – Real Estate

Prior to joining HFI, Phillip was the Vice President of Land for Taylor Morrison in Dallas, Texas, where he managed all single-family and build-to-rent land acquisition, land development, off-balance sheet financing and joint-venture activities in the DFW market. Prior to Taylor Morrison, Phillip worked for two other publicly traded homebuilders in both land and operations roles. Phillip earned his M.B.A. from Iowa State University, his M.S.L.D. from Texas A&M University, and received his B.A. from Austin College. Phillip and his wife Angel have two daughters and enjoy traveling with their family.
